The hotel was easy walk to a bus stop. Simply no complains at all, nice stay...

our room was big size, greatly enjoyed it. the staff was gentle and courteous, always there to help. the location was particularly good for destinations we were going to. it was also close to chail. the restaurant had tasty food.

Great views from spacious rooms and convenient parking. the kids' play area and entertainment zones are well-maintained and offer fun activities for children.

Limited food options with inconsistent taste. Room cleanliness needs improvement, with frequent reminders required for daily upkeep and provision of water bottles.

Had a great Xmas holiday! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel's location was just perfect. We enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel and the staff were always very helpful.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities that would have made our stay even better. The Wi-Fi was not working well and there were some issues with the hot water in the bathroom.

Great resort, amazing views, fabulous service! This resort was exactly what we needed! the views were absolutely breathtaking and we loved waking up to them every morning. the service was also really fantastic and definitely made our stay that much more enjoyable. We were especially impressed with the spa and restaurant facilities which were both top-notch. We also appreciated the central location which made it easy for us to explore the city.

None! Honestly, we couldn't find anything to dislike about this resort. Everything was superb and we had a fantastic time during our city trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were thevery comfy and tidy bedding, the amazing balcony view from our room, and the variety of recreational stuff like the gaming room and hammocks. The staff even went out of their way to courier a forgotten hard disk, which I really appreciated. The location of this hotel on the hills provided a fine view of the lovely valley.
